The complex features two towers; Tower 1 and Tower 2. Tower 1 was completed in 1986 and is a 62-storey office building that houses many leading international banking and financial offices, as well as workplaces for other professionals. Its rooftop has some of the best views in the country, while restaurants located on the 61st and 62nd floors provide visitors with panoramic views.
After the completion of Tower 1, Tower 2 followed in 2008; the 38-storey building that has attracted much interest from professional firms as well. Internationally renowned artists Hiroshi Senju, Tony Cragg, Han Sai Por, and Anna Chiara Spellini’s artworks grace the outdoor areas and the lobby.
The One Raffles Place development also includes a 6-storey shopping mall that encompasses over 100,000 square feet of retail space and dining outlets.
