Snow City Singapore is Asia’s very own winter wonderland which started with its very own ice sculpture gallery in 2012.
So when the days get too hot to bare, head over to this fun attraction and cool off inside this snow-themed amusement park.
Snow City Singapore, Ticket Prices, Location & Opening Times
There are many activities for visitors to enjoy inside Snow City Singapore including the Snow Chamber where you can play with real snow. The snow is made using a snow gun which cools water using liquid nitrogen. Each week, between 10 to 15 tonnes of snow is produced which guarantees snow, even on the hottest days. You can also slide down a 60 metre long and snow slope which is a fun ride suitable for all ages.
Snow City runs all year round. Children below 7 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. A winter jacket and boots are provided with the purchase of admission ticket to the Snow Chamber. Please note that personal cameras, food and drinks are prohibited in the Snow Chamber.
To get to Snow City, catch the MRT and alight at Jurong East Station on the East West Line and walk or transfer to Bus No. 335 or 66. Snow City is an approximate 10-minute walk from Jurong East Bus Interchange / MRT Station. If driving, parking is available on site and is approximately $0.60 per half hour.
Do i need to entry fees for a child 3yrs old at Snow City on the 25th? Do you open?
Hi Susan,
It’s mentioned on the Snow City website that the “child rate” is applicable to 3 to 12 years old, so you will likely fall into that bracket.
The walk in prices for a child is $12 for 1 hour or $18 for 2 hours (if your are a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, otherwise it’s $18 and $28 respectively). Although the use of winter jackets and boots are complimentary, the rental of gloves, waterproof pants and socks all cost extra.
If you want to save on the door prices, you can find cheaper prices online at the website Klook using this link: https://affiliate.klook.com/jump/activity/1348-snow-play-session-in-snow-city-singapore/?adid=915&af_wid=296, where both the adult and child prices are listed at $10.50 for 1 hour – regardless of where you live.
Hope this helps.
Michael
