The Police Heritage Centre showcases the rich history of the Singapore Police Force while highlighting their significant contributions to public safety.
Opened back in 2002, the centre takes visitors on an enlightening yet educational journey that both children and adults will appreciate.

The centre features several galleries that introduce visitors to the police force’s history, the many accolades they have received, the evolution of the uniform, leading commissioners, and much more.
There are special areas dedicated to honouring the Pioneer Police Force, the Republic of Singapore Police Force, and the post-war period. You’ll also learn why the 999 hotline number was developed, how the police effectively dealt with secret societies during Singapore’s early days, and much more.
All visits are strictly by appointment. Groups of 30 or less are recommended for an intimate and more enjoyable tour. Tours are free of charge.
The Police Heritage Centre is located at the New Phoenix Park in Irrawaddy Road. Opening hours are 10am to 5pm on Tuesdays to Fridays, and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. The centre is closed on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays.
