Hort Park

Hort Park comprises of over 23 hectares of land and is situated in the Southwestern part of Singapore. This park is considered to be a one-stop shop for those interested in gardening or learning more about the environment.

Hort Park comprises Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, Kent Ridge Park and Labrador Nature Park. Here you will find heaps of gardening related information and educational displays, all in the one place.

Hort Park consists of the Hort Centre which houses gardening attractions, Hort Mart where visitors can purchase he gardening products and Hort Garden which hosts 21 specially designed gardens. You will also find a Butterfly Garden where you can get up close to these amazing insects.

Every month, Hort Park partners with industry members and gardening groups to organise gardening activities for the public. School groups often also attend so that information about gardening and information about best practice in gardening an be handed down to children. Recycling is also very important at Hort Park, as the mantra “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” is repeatedly used throughout the park.

Other people simply come to Hort Park to relax or take a stroll through the many nature walks located here. Many people come here to eat their lunch or enjoy a picnic with friends.
