Forrest Adventure also has three obstacle courses; the Grand Course, the Kids Course and the Mini Course. The Grand Course will take at least two and a half hours to finish and you must be over 18 years of age, or be supervised by an adult. Over this period, participants will have to make their way through 34 unique obstacles divided into four different groups. The obstacles include crazy rope bridges and trapezes, Tarzan swings and wobbly logs.
Kids aged between 5-10 can get a similar experience in Forest Adventure’s Kid’s Course. Unlike the regular Grand Course, the Kid’s Course is anchored on a reward system that encourages kids to finish. Kids pass through 16 different crossings and end the course with a short zip line ride.
Kids who are not old or tall enough for the Kid’s Course may use the Mini Course. The course has eight easy obstacles such as a balancing beam, a spider net and a trapeze. Kids may also take part in the Snigglehunt, a treasure hunt where kids look for 12 hidden magic boxes.
Make sure you dress appropriately for the course. Sports shoes are a must. Pants are best and you may wish to bring gloves to protect your hands. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a little creased and dirty!
Get to Forest Adventure by taking the MRT and getting off at Bedok station. If driving, there is parking available at Carpark A which is located on Bedok Reservoir Road, opposite Aquarius Condominium.
